Quickly understand what makes a property an investor comparable

Investor comparables are unique to Privy. They're the ones in our Live CMA that show up in the blue section and have blue icons on the map as you see below

They help you identify which comparables help you to determine if a property is a deal matching your search criteria. For example, If you run a search for deals using the % of ARV or spread then properties that match will have at least one Investor Activity comparable. These comparables are the ones that support the % of ARV or spread you chose when you created the search. So if you said you wanted a property at 70% of ARV and a property was for sale for $140K then there would have to be at least one comp over $200K ($140 /.7 = $200K). The comparables that have prices over $200K are "Investor Comparables" and would be blue.
