  • Why do properties in Privy display a different status than what is displayed on the MLS?

    • Privy has four status categories, and they are as follows: Active, Under contract, Pending, and Sold. Each MLS is different, and depending on the MLS, they could have up to 10 different statuses. Privy chooses the closest status possible to what is listed in the MLS to categorize the listing.

  • What if a property does not have a before and after photo?

    • It's okay! Although the before and after photos are extremely helpful, the data that Privy delivers will still help provide you with the information you need to make an objective and well-informed investment decision.

  • How often is the data refreshed?

    • Our Direct-to-MLS data is updated every hour at a minimum, and our 3rd party data is updated daily.
