A Privy Preferred Property is a highly vetted investment opportunity identified by Privy’s advanced comping algorithms and real-time MLS data. These properties stand out because they have strong comparable data, including historical fix and flip insights, Before & After photos, and verifiable After Repair Values (ARV)—making them some of the best potential investment deals available.

Why Are Privy Preferred Properties Valuable?

  • Strong Investor Comps: These properties have comparable sales (Investor Comparables) that show proven successful flips.

  • Before & After Data: You can see original vs. flipped valuations, helping you determine realistic ARVs.

  • Proven Investment Potential: Appraisers, wholesalers, and buyers trust flipped comps to justify valuations.

  • Targeting Active Investment Markets: Privy Preferred properties are located in areas with high investor activity, where other successful fix and flips have already taken place.

How to Identify a Privy Preferred Property

A property is flagged as Privy Preferred when:
✔ It is identified as a potential deal.
✔ At least one of its Investor Comparables (blue comps) has Before & After data from a previous fix and flip.

You’ll recognize these properties by the Privy Preferred badge on the property card.
