  • Enabling investor leads by checking the “Yes, I want to receive investor leads” box

This ensures you are visible to investors within the Privy network.

2. How do I start finding deals for my investor clients?

Begin by conducting market research to locate high investor activity areas. Use Privy’s Investor Activity tool to analyze where successful fix and flips, teardowns, and below-market deals are happening. Then, set up and save searches based on your clients' criteria to receive automated deal alerts.

3. How do I pre-add my clients to Privy?

Adding clients to Privy allows you to send them automated deal alerts and track engagement.

  • Navigate to Clients in the main menu.

  • Click Add Client and enter their details manually or upload a CSV file (bulk option).

  • Once added, you can select them when saving a deal search to ensure they receive property updates.
