Access the Comparables Tab
Open an individual property card's LiveCMA™ in Privy.
Scroll down and click on the Comparables tab to view relevant property comps.
Explore Comparable Property Statuses
Review comps by their status, such as:
Active
Pending
Sold
Withdrawn
Click into each status to analyze specific property details and assess their relevance.
Use the Comparable Adjuster Settings
Click the blue Settings button below the map to customize your comping criteria.
Adjust filters such as:
Search Radius: Focus on specific neighborhoods.
