  • You stay organized with all client searches and preferences in one place.

How to Add Clients to Privy

  • Here, you can view client details, searches, login activity, and email history.

2. Add Clients Individually

  • Click the Add Client button.

  • Enter the client’s name, phone number, and email address.

  • Review and agree to Privy’s client terms.

  • Click Save to finalize the entry.

3. Bulk Upload Clients (CSV File)

  • Click Add Multiple Clients to upload a list via CSV.

  • Download the sample CSV in the platform (or here) to match the required format.

  • Ensure the columns are correctly formatted (e.g., name, email, phone).

  • Click Choose File and select your CSV file.

  • Agree to the terms and click Upload CSV (supports up to 20 clients at a time).

Using Pre-Added Clients for Automated Searches

  • When creating a search in Privy, go to the Filters section.

  • Click Save Search, then select Add Recipient.

  • Choose a client from your pre-added list to receive automated deal alerts.

By adding your clients in advance, you ensure they receive relevant investment opportunities while keeping all their preferences and engagement history easily accessible.
