Privy’s Coverage Map
When you log in, you’ll first see the Coverage Map, which provides an overview of Privy’s data sources:
Blue areas – Direct-to-MLS data from negotiated MLS contracts.
Yellow areas – Third-party MLS listing data from aggregated sources.
Nationwide data – Includes public records, ownership details, transaction history, and distressed property insights.
You can use this map to understand where Privy has direct MLS access and which regions rely on public and third-party listing data.
