Once you've completed your profile and become a Certified Privy Pro Agent, you're officially eligible to tap into one of the most powerful tools Privy offers: the Privy Network Effect.

What is the Privy Network?

The Privy Network is more than just a platform—it's a growing ecosystem of investor-savvy real estate professionals working together to source better deals, gain new insights, and help their clients invest with confidence. As a Certified Privy Pro Agent, you now have access to this exclusive network of active investors, fellow agents, lenders, and industry experts.

The Privy Network Effect: Investing is a Team Sport

The Privy Network Effect is about collaboration, trust, and using data to connect the right professionals with the right investors. Real estate investing can be complex. With Privy, you're not going at it alone. You’re tapping into a high-performance, merit-based network that shares clients, closes deals faster, and elevates the industry.

Introducing AgentMatch

AgentMatch is our proprietary, data-driven matching system that connects serious, high-intent investors with Certified Privy Pro Agents like you. Once an investor is invited into the Privy Network by one of our partners, they complete a short intake survey with their goals, criteria, and investment markets. Then, they review a curated selection of Certified Agent profiles and choose the agent who fits them best.

How It Works

  1. Investors Opt In – They’re invited by our partners (such as lenders, wholesalers, or title reps) and complete a brief survey.

  2. AgentMatch Review – Investors review a short list of Certified Privy Pro Agent profiles.

  3. First Come, First Match – The first agent to accept the investor match alert secures the relationship.

  4. Connect Promptly – Once matched, reach out, set expectations, and begin working together.

Best Practices for Working Investor Leads

  • Respond to match alerts quickly.

  • Schedule a call to understand their investment goals.

  • Confirm buying criteria and create saved searches in Privy.

  • Add them to Privy as a client and assign them to searches.

  • Follow up regularly and demonstrate value.

Terms and Expectations

Investor leads provided through the Privy Network are subject to a revenue-share agreement with our partners. This does not apply to clients you generate independently. Professionalism, responsiveness, and effective communication are expected when working Privy-sourced leads.
