A complete and professional Privy profile is essential for attracting investor leads and positioning yourself as an expert in real estate investing. Let's start setting up your profile, optimizing your branding, and making your profile live in Privy’s network.

As a Certified Privy Pro Agent, your profile becomes visible to investors in our network. These investors are actively seeking agents who can help them find, analyze, and close deals efficiently. A well-crafted profile increases your credibility and helps you stand out.

Set Up Your Agent Profile

Your agent profile is your introduction to potential clients and investors. Make sure it reflects your professionalism by including the following:

1. Access Your Profile

  • Log into Privy.

  • Click on the Profile tab in the main menu on the left-hand side.

2. Upload a Professional Photo

  • Choose a high-quality, professional-looking headshot.

  • Ensure you are well-lit, smiling, and dressed professionally to build trust and credibility.

3. Enter Your Contact Information

  • Provide your name, email, and phone number to make it easy for investors to contact you.

  • Your MLS information will be automatically pre-filled.

4. Write a Strong Professional Summary

  • Highlight your real estate experience, particularly in investment properties.

  • Include details on:

    • Years in the industry

    • Investment strategies you specialize in (fix and flips, buy-and-hold, short-term rentals, etc.)

    • Any personal investing experience

    • Geographic areas you focus on

  • Add a personal touch—hobbies, interests, or unique skills that set you apart.

5. Add Your Brokerage Information

  • Ensure your brokerage name, logo, office address, city, and state are included.

  • This reinforces your professional credibility.

6. Link Your Social Media Accounts

  • Investors may look you up online before reaching out. Include:

    • LinkedIn – Professional networking and credibility

    • Facebook – Business page or personal real estate-related posts

    • Instagram – Property listings, market insights, and success stories

    • Twitter/X – Industry updates and investment tips

  • If you don’t have a social media presence, consider setting up at least LinkedIn and Facebook to improve visibility.

7. Enable Investor Leads

  • Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.

  • Check the box: “Yes, I want to receive investor leads.”

  • Once enabled, your profile will be visible to investors looking for agents.

  • Complete Automated Investor Lead Email Message

How to Maximize Your Profile’s Effectiveness

  • Keep it updated – Refresh your summary and contact details regularly.

  • Showcase your expertise – Highlight past investment deals or success stories.

  • Maintain a professional online presence – Ensure your social media aligns with your professional image.

By completing these steps, you position yourself as a knowledgeable, investment-focused agent, making it easier for investors to find and trust you with their deals.
