Learn how to leverage Privy’s powerful Before & After Photos to make better-informed investment decisions. These photos provide insight into property transformations, helping you evaluate the potential of fix and flip projects, understand local market standards, and gain a competitive edge.

IMPORTANT: Before and After photos are available only on properties that Privy has flagged a potential flip. If the property does not match our Investment Activity criteria then the "Before" section of this are will be labeled as "Previous". As in the details of the previous transaction.

Also, we'll likely only have photos of a property if the transaction, Before or After, occurred on the MLS. If the transaction was "off-market" or direct from the owner, then we will display the Google Street View.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using Before and After Photos

  1. Open the Property’s LiveCMA™

    • Click on the property picture to access the property’s LiveCMA™ page.

  2. Access the Before & After Tab

    • Open an individual property card's LiveCMA™ in Privy.

    • Scroll down and click on the Before & After tab to view available photos.

  3. View Before and After Photos

    • Under the property picture, click on the Before & After tab to explore photos showing the property’s transformation.

Note: Not all investment comparables include Before & After photos. If unavailable, try narrowing your search by filtering Investor Activity for Fix & Flip deals to find properties with this feature.
