Locate a Property You Want to Analyze
Search for the property using the property search bar or filters.
Open a property in Privy's LiveCMA
Access External Listing Details
Click on the View External Listing link provided with the comparable property.
This will direct you to a third-party site containing additional information.
Review Additional Data
On the external site, you can view:
Additional Photos of the property.
The most up-to-date MLS Status for the listing.
Price Updates or changes since the data was last synced with Privy.
