Property addresses have a lot of different formats. Make sure you don't just cut and paste the address into the search bar. Type it in and look for a match in the drop-down and click it from the dropdown.

We use the "Google Master Housing Database". So any search you do will have to match their master list. Google also uses something called "geo-location" which is coordinates to locate a house on the map. Something that "code" is not correct from Google and it will cause trouble in finding a house.

Some other things to consider.

1. Spell out the direction i.e. Use 'South", not "S"
2. Spell out the street type i.e. Use "Way" not "W"
3. Double-check the "direction format". Have you seen an address that is "1234 South Main Street" that may be called "1234 Main Street South"?
4. If all that doesn't work, play around with different formats. Unfortunately, some addresses just won't be found using the address.

Another thing you can try is to search for the property using the MLS #
