Step-by-Step Guide to Using LiveCMA™

  1. Access LiveCMA™ on a Property Card

    • Navigate to a specific property card in Privy.

    • Click on the LiveCMA™ tab to open the comparative market analysis tool.

  2. Review Comparable Properties

    • View a list of similar properties, categorized by their statuses:

      • Active Listings

      • Pending Sales

      • Sold Properties

    • Analyze property details such as square footage, price per square foot, and sale history to validate the deal.

  3. Filter and Adjust Comparable Criteria

    • Use the Settings tab to customize your comparable property search:

      • Adjust the search radius to focus on specific neighborhoods.

      • Modify timeframes for sold properties to ensure relevancy.
