Updated over a week ago

This month, we're kicking off a simpler way to collaborate with lenders. Plus we optimized mobile functionality, added direct MLS coverage in the Pacific Northwest, and zapped a few bugs. Check these updates and more in the Privy app or attend a live training session here.

Enhanced mobile experience

You spoke, and we listened! Overlaying copious amounts of real estate investing data on a device's small map view is a lot. Still, we have fine-tuned Privy's mobile interface and plan to continue upgrading features and responsiveness within our platform— consistently improving ease of use and UI.

Updated menu location

The LiveCMA Toolbar has a new home. Now, you can easily Hide a property, Add to Lists, make Notes, and Edit various tags directly from the three-dot menu at the top left of every investor-grade CMA.

Enterprise tech for private lenders

Now available to lending enterprises, Privy enables private money lenders to directly provide their borrowers the benefits of our unique real estate investing software while keeping them top-of-mind during the deal flow process. You, as a borrower, could get your Privy account provided to you free of charge! Connect your favorite lender with our enterprise sales team today.

Client tagging capabilities

Seamlessly track your client’s original source in the Privy Preferred Client Roster. We have continued improvements upon last month's release, enabling better agent insights into investor-client activity. Each client now displays their source, leading to smarter lead and client management all within the Privy app.

Bugs: successfully zapped

Our engineering team has successfully made many additional improvements to user experience and platform and data migration. Some highlights include:

  • Filter ability by Basement square footage on the Comparables table

  • Increased stability in displaying price per square foot data

  • Setting configuration in the Long-Term Rental Comparables table

MLS coverage in Oregon (RMLS)

As the largest MLS in the state, Regional MLS (RMLS) includes 21 of Oregon’s 36 counties, including Clackamas, Douglas, and Washington, and Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, and Skamania Counties in Washington. Learn more

Privy Pro Tip 💡 Get more out of Privy

When using Privy's application, Google Chrome is unparalleled in its performance, efficiency, and ability to render maps, complicated images, and data sets with ease. While we will continue to support additional browsers, 20% of you are using Safari, and we strongly recommend trying Privy on Google Chrome. You don't know what you are missing!
