Enhanced long-term rental (LTR) comps

Be more confident that your target investments will perform as well as nearby, existing LTR investments. With Privy’s LTR comps analysis, which now incorporates additional matching criteria and data, you’ll see even more LTR comparables and broader analysis.

More branding for our agents

Branding is important for real estate agents to connect with investors. Based on your feedback, we added agent branding to every investor-grade CMA you share with current and prospective clients and email notifications.

Optimized agent verification

Privy now automatically verifies agent accounts' MLS IDs against their MLS’ active roster. This enhanced MLS compliance maximizes value in the investor-agent relationship by protecting the relationship between the MLS and its members.

Client management and activity tracking

The Privy Preferred Client Roster is a seamless way for agents and investors to connect. Agents can easily manage their investor-client activity and will receive a notification when investors select them as their Privy Preferred Agent, making it easier than ever for investors to connect with investor-focused agents. Onboarding courses

Fast track becoming a Privy pro. New customers are presented with courses designed to make achieving your real estate goals with Privy easier. In less than 20 minutes, these courses will set you up for success. Existing Privy customers can explore these valuable courses in the Privy Learning Center.

Improved access to customer support and education

We are here for you and have added an enhanced customer support widget to streamline communication, expedite support, and make self-service learning more accessible. Find the little blue icon in the lower right to connect with support and helpful content from anywhere in Privy.
