Access LiveCMA™ on a Property Card
Navigate to a specific property card in Privy.
Scroll down to the Comparables section to open the comparative market analysis tool.
Review Comparable Properties
View a list of similar properties, categorized by their statuses:
Active Listings
Pending Sales
Sold Properties
Analyze property details such as square footage, price per square foot, and sale history to validate the deal.
Filter and Adjust Comparable Criteria
Use the blue Settings button below the map to customize your comparable property search:
Adjust the search radius to focus on specific neighborhoods.
Modify timeframes for sold properties to ensure relevancy.
Apply additional filters like lot size, number of bedrooms, or property type.
Click Save to rerun the Comparative Search.
