General Billing Information
One User Per Account: Each Privy account is limited to a single user.
Credit Card Billing: Your card is charged at the end of your subscription cycle. To avoid charges, cancel your plan before the billing date.
Payment Issues:
If payment fails, Privy will retry up to 8 times within a 14-day period.
After day 14, your plan will become inactive if payment is not successful.
Monthly Billing
You are billed monthly on the date you originally signed up for your plan.
Example: If you started your plan on September 10, 2020, you'll be billed on the 10th of each month.
Yearly Billing
Annual plans are billed once a year and auto-renew on the anniversary of your start date.
Example: If you started your annual plan on September 10, 2020, you'll be billed automatically on September 10 each year.
No Refunds Policy
Privy does not provide refunds for unused time or canceled plans, as stated in our Terms of Service. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

To avoid auto-renewal charges, you must cancel your plan prior to the auto-renewal date. You can find your auto-renewal date by navigating to the Account/Billing section of your Privy account. The auto-renewal date is displayed in the top middle section of the billing page.
What Currency Will I Be Charged In?
Privy is registered as a U.S. vendor, and all invoices are issued in US dollars ($USD). If your local currency differs, your subscription price will be converted from your currency to US dollars based on the current exchange rate.
