How to Cancel Your Plan
Open Account/Billing
Log in to your Privy account.
Navigate to the Account/Billing section.
Click Cancel Plan
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Plan.
Confirm Cancellation
A pop-up window will appear to confirm your cancellation.
Click Continue Cancel to finalize the process.
What Happens After I Cancel My Plan?
Once you cancel your plan, the email account on file will receive a notification confirming the cancellation. Your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period, allowing continued access to all paid features until that time.
After the billing period ends, your account will become Inactive. This means you will no longer be able to log in to Privy or receive automated emails. You will lose your data - saved properties, property lists and saved searches, so make sure you're certain before clicking the cancel button.
Please note that there is no prorated refund for unused time on your subscription. New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase by emailing [email protected]. This 30-day guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only and does not apply to renewals. For further details, refer to the Billing and Payments section.
