Learn how to cancel your Privy plan in just a few simple steps through the Account/Billing section.

You can cancel your Privy plan at any time directly in the software. Learn how to cancel your plan, what happens to your saved searches after cancellation, and how to reactivate your plan if you decide to return.


How to Cancel Your Plan

  1. Open Account/Billing

    • Log in to your Privy account.

    • Navigate to the Account/Billing section.

  2. Click Cancel Plan

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Plan.

  3. Confirm Cancellation

    • A pop-up window will appear to confirm your cancellation.

    • Click Continue Cancel to finalize the process.


What Happens After I Cancel My Plan?

Once you cancel your plan, the email account on file will receive a notification confirming the cancellation. Your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period, allowing continued access to all paid features until that time.

After the billing period ends, your account will become Inactive. This means you will no longer be able to log in to Privy or receive automated emails. However, your lists and saved searches will remain stored and will not be deleted.

Please note that there are no refunds for unused time on your subscription. For further details, refer to the Billing and Payments section.


How to Reactivate My Plan

  • If you change your mind after canceling, you can reactivate your plan at any time by emailing [email protected].

  • All your saved information, including lists and searches, will still be available when you reactivate.
