Cancel Your Plan

You can cancel your Privy plan at any time directly in the software. Learn how to cancel your plan, what happens to your saved searches after cancellation, and how to reactivate your plan if you decide to return.

Once you cancel your plan, the email account on file will receive a notification confirming the cancellation. Your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period, allowing continued access to all paid features until that time.

After the billing period ends, your account will become Inactive. This means you will no longer be able to log in to Privy or receive automated emails. You will lose your data - saved properties, property lists and saved searches, so make sure you're certain before clicking the cancel button.
