Do you have coverage in all states?

Yes, Privy offers coverage across all states. We provide direct-to-MLS data in 150+ major markets, accounting for 80% of all listings. In areas where we don’t have a direct MLS feed, Privy pulls in third-party data to ensure you can still run the same comping and analysis on those properties. This allows us to maintain comprehensive coverage across 98% of U.S. markets.
