  • What is the recommended frequency for deal alert emails?

    • This is really all dependent on your preferred frequency. If you are needing to know the moment a new property is on the market, we recommend hourly. However, if you are overloaded with emails, we would suggest daily so you are still updated on a regular basis.

  • How many searches can I set up?

    • There is currently not a maximum number on searches.

  • Can I find an agent in a market I want to invest in using Privy?

    • Yes, Privy helps to partner investors with investor-friendly agents. Privy Preferred agents will appear on the top navigation bar within any direct-to-MLS coverage area. Please note, the coverage map must have fewer than 300 properties on the screen, so you may need to modify your search or zoom in to a smaller area on the map to see the Privy Preferred Agents in that area.
