Once signed-in and on the homepage, navigate to the icon bar on the left hand side of the screen

From here, click on "lists"

Hit the little folder icon with the = symbol

Create a new list and title it "cash buyers" and hit save

You now want to click on the "filter" tab to conduct an advanced search

Be sure to fill in all of the filters to fit your personal investing goals

Before you run your search, be sure the "cash buyer" tag is selected in the "quick filters/tags" area

When you are ready, you can now hit "run search"

Once you have narrowed down your properties, click on an individual property

At the top of the screen, hit "Add to lists"

You can choose to add this property to your "cash buyers" list
