Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Cash Buyers List
Create Your Cash Buyers List
Access the Lists Section
From the main navigation on the left, select the Lists option from the icon bar.
Create a New List
Click the folder icon with the + symbol to create a new list.
Name the list “Cash Buyers” or something else and click the blue Save button.
Search for Cash Buyers
Access the Filters Tab
Click on the Filter tab to begin an advanced search.
Set Your Search Filters
Cash buyers typically are either fix-n-flippers or landlords. So there's 2 main ways to find these types.
Click the Fix-n-flip button from the Investor Activity Tool Bar
Use the filter and select the "Absentee Owner" tag.
Apply the Cash Buyer Filter
In the Quick Filters/Tags area, select the Cash Buyer tag.
Run Your Search
Click the blue Run Search button to generate results.
Add Properties to Your Cash Buyers List
Select a Property
From the search results, click on an individual property to open its details.
Add the Property to Your List
At the top of the screen, click the three dots in the top right and select Add to Lists.
Choose your Cash Buyers list / folder from the choices.
