Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Public Record Information

  1. Open an Individual Property Card

    • Ensure you are currently viewing the individual property card for the property you want to analyze.

  2. Navigate to the Public Records Tab

    • Locate the Public Records tab just below the property photo and click on it.

  3. View Public Record Data

    • Once in the Public Records section, you will see detailed data such as:

      • Foreclosure Records

      • Deeds and Ownership History

      • Assessor Records (including lot size, year built, and other property characteristics)
