3rd party data comes from different data sets and sources that collect all of the MLS data nationwide and organize it into one place. This data set includes all listing and sold comparables needed to find and analyze deals.

Notice: If you're operating in a 3rd party MLS area the listing data may not be as up-to-date as the direct-to-MLS data markets. These properties will also not have listing photos or agent information for listings.

Please keep in mind that every market is different and that each MLS is governed by its own set of individual rules. You'll notice that some MLSs do not show contact data at all, and some only show it to agents. Some MLSs only show the office name, while others show the office name and agent name, but no phone number.
