This is probably happening because you're looking at a property that is part of a "bulk" deal. I wanted to send out a quick note about something that you may have experienced in Privy. Have you come across a house with a sale price of several million dollars that probably isn't worth $150,000? In another case, a property could have been flagged as a possible deal but the only comparable that was "blue" or an "investor comp" is more than a million dollars?
